We’ve had the pleasure of working at this venue multiple times providing event decor for private celebrations in the Mariposa Private Room, and every experience has been wonderful. The staff is always incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating, which makes event setup so smooth and enjoyable. The private room itself is absolutely beautiful - full of light, elegant, and perfect for special events and celebrations. The atmosphere feels upscale yet very welcoming, and it photographs beautifully for parties. As an event decorator, I can truly say this is one of the best private event spaces in the area. Always a pleasure working here, and we look forward to many more events in the future!

Where do I even begin. I walked up to the hostess desk & 2 women were there. 2 women in their 70s-ish. These 2 women are completely rotten. The look on their mean faces should have told me all I needed to know. We sit down. The service is very slow. I’d say we waited about 15 minutes to order. I ordered the lobster salad. My husband ordered the burger. Wow. This is cafeteria food at best. The burger was pre-made. It came out 95% raw. I couldn’t believe my eyes. My lobster salad was almost $50.00 & it was completely tasteless & low-end. We asked our server to bring us a cooked burger. Any high-end place would bring a new burger. This place took our burger, brought it back & it was the same. Zero changes. So at this point we were afraid to eat any more of the burger in fear that they spit on it or “whatever.” The acoustics are horrible. It’s like eating at the Super Bowl. I felt like there were 100,000 people in that tiny space that’s how loud it is. Server never offered us a better burger. So we just asked for the check. We stopped in for lunch on Saturday hoping for a quiet luxury experience that is purportedly synonymous with the Neiman Marcus brand and got just the opposite from start to finish. The alleged hostesses scowled and grunted. No smiles. No words. Pretty much non-verbal revulsion and contempt for the customers. Maybe Neiman Marcus thinks that is cute schtick, but it's not. Leave that schtick to the memory of the great Kenny Shopsin. The alleged hostesses literally pointed and grunted while mean mugging. We ordered the lobster cobb salad and a cheeseburger. The lobster cobb is a $50 salad that looked and tasted worse than a pre-made 7-11 salad. Bland. Lettuce looked wilted. Lobster didn't taste like lobster at all. The lobster looked like some sort of masticated blob and tasted like nothing. I asked for a hard sear on the cheeseburger and it was raw inside. I had a couple bites and noticed it was raw and asked for it to be heated it to a safe temperature inside. The pre-formed beef patty looked like it was frozen and was something a cheap diner would serve. The server, who was pleasant, took the semi-eaten burger back to the kitchen and returned about 15 minutes later instead of simply

We hosted our client appreciation Mother’s Day luncheon in the private room at Mariposa and it was truly a hidden gem. The staff was incredible, the service was flawless, and they went above and beyond to accommodate our event. Everything ran seamlessly from start to finish. A special shoutout to John Watson, who was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the planning process. His attention to detail, professionalism, and hospitality made the entire experience exceptional. I would highly recommend Mariposa for any special event or gathering!

We usually come 1/ month and this review is well overdue. here Mariposa is a hidden gem. Each meal comes with a complimentary chicken broth and addicting popover with strawberry butter. The service and food is excellent and comparable to a high end resturant. I followed a recipie for the chicken broth mine could never be on par with Mariposa’ I wish my pot roast could look and taste as delicious as this was. Key lime pie was perfect not cloyingly sweet with just enough tartness. We took home half the meal. Lee our server was great! friendly and so efficient.
